Description
Stunning red Asaphiscus from the Middle Cambrian of Utah. This specimen is a rare ventrally prepared example. The trilobite is nearly perfect, situated on the lime-green and pink banded matrix the narrow horizons of the Upper Wheeler Formation are famous for. Unlikely we will see another ventral of this quality.
