Description
An outstanding specimen of the highly sought after species Olenellus fowleri, nestled amongst a field of dendrite crystal growths. This unusual specimen is incredibly aesthetic, made to be a stunning addition to any collection with display in mind. The trilobite has an abnormality in the left macroplural (3rd thoracic segment) where it has grown too short. The right macro pleural is normal. Morphological abnormalities in fossils tell a unique and interesting story, going one step further into the life of an individual. This specimen is one of a kind!
