Description
A textbook example of Glossopleura packi from the Middle Cambrian Chisholm Shale of Nevada. This broad-shielded species represents a turn in trilobite evolution, a stark departure from the graceful and spiny Olenellids that immediate pre-date the Chisholm fauna. This specimen measures 3.9 cm and is nearly perfect. Excellent example.
