Extremely rare red Bolbolenellus OUT OF STOCK

An extremely rare and very red 2.7 cm Bolbolenellus cf. brevispina. Bolbolenellus specimens are generally very poorly preserved and very rare.  These trilobites may have had a less robust exoskeleton with poor preservation potential.  They lack genal spines, save for a small point on either side, and sport a very large, thick telson when compared to their body size.  This specimen is from the remote Groom Range, near the famed Area 51 base.  It has fewer segments and an enlarged cephalon when compared to a very narrow thorax.  Unusual example of an already unusual species.
