Description
A stunning large red Elrathia kingii trilobite situated on a colorful matrix background. ย The small agnostid trilobiteย Itagnostus interstrictus is also present on the plate. ย Colorful pellet-like shapes pepper the plate around the trilobite. ย These undetermined pellets are likely algal in origin.
Examples of Large red Elrathia from this site are becoming increasingly rare. ย The site was known throughout the 80’s & 90’s for producing these stunning red Elrathiaย with superior preservation and colorful matrices. ย The supply of top specimens from this site are becoming excessively rare.
